How long does the security deposit refund take?

We try to always authorise security deposits so the money never leaves your account. When the lights have been checked back in (subject to terms and conditions) we remove the hold and the funds are available to you again. We can pre-authorise it for upto 7 days. On some occasions we do have to take the security deposit, on these occasions a refund can take upto 14 days to show on your account again.
